Dr Jennifer Sandadi, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Jennifer Sandadi earned two degrees at the University of Maryland, College Park, while also competing as a scholarship athlete on the University of Maryland Softball team.  After graduating with high honors, she attended the University of Miami School of Medicine, and then completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals. She then underwent fellowship training in cardiothoracic and surgical critical care medicine at Columbia University, New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesia. 

Dr. Sandadi served as an assistant professor of anesthesiology at Cornell University, New York Presbyterian Hospital. As an accomplished educator, she was honored with the department’s Teacher of the Year Award.  She is the author of numerous peer reviewed publications including research papers and book chapters.  She and her husband, have two beautiful children.  She is currently an anesthesiologist in Fort Myers, Florida and serves as the medical director for an outpatient surgery center.  She has a vast knowledge in acute and chronic pain management, and a passion for continuing to help our growing population here in Southwest Florida. 

Dr. Juan Oms

Dr. Juan Oms, MD, Psychiatrist

Dr. Juan Oms is our Medical Director of Psychiatry here at Ketamine Health Centers. Dr Oms received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, and completed his training in Psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital in affiliation with University of Miami and the VA Hospital. Dr. Oms is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Currently he is the Associate Medical Director BH at Beacon Health Options and is a driving force at the forefront of healthcare improvement and change for the psychiatric community at large training future psychiatrist as the previous Residency Program Director of Psychiatry at Larkin Community Hospital.

Lastly Dr. Oms is an Assistant Professor Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in affiliation with Citrus Community Health Network FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, where he continues to educate and mentor residents of Psychiatry while rotating in outpatient detox clinic and MAT program at Citrus Health Network.

Dr. Oms is passionate in treating patients from a wellness perspective and has emphasized his practice and treatment in an integrative and functional model.

Marcus Kelley, CRNA, APRN

Marcus Kelley was born and raised in SWFL and attended CRNA school at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists, and licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Florida. Marcus has multiple years of experience providing anesthesia to patients in Fort Myers, both in hospitals and surgery centers. He has a vast knowledge of multimodal pain management using Ketamine to decrease opioid requirements for his patients.

Dale Alice Block, LMFT

Dale Block is a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Qualified Supervisor. She completed her MFT graduate work and three years of postgraduate study in management and supervision at the University of Rhode Island. She brings many years of varied clinical and administrative experience to the position of Mental Health Counselor at Ketamine Health Centers.

Ms. Block has established, clinically supervised and managed inpatient and outpatient counseling and addiction programs for adults and adolescents in nonprofit and for-profit agencies. In her private practice, her specialty was working with intellectually and developmentally challenged young adults and their families. She was a member of the adjunct faculty at Roger Williams University and the University of RI. She has mentored and taught many counseling interns and supervised them as they worked toward licensure. She has excellent assessment, diagnostic and treatment skills with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Her greatest professional satisfaction comes from building genuine, trusting, caring relationships with others. She loves to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges.

Linda Sullivan-Hebert, Clinical Assessment Coordinator

Linda’s most recent experience involved managing a multipurpose holistic clinic. Prior to that, she functioned as a Transaction Coordinator for a large real estate firm where she partnered with her husband. Linda also spent a decade as an elementary school teacher while raising her two sons in Southwest Florida. Her ongoing experience draws upon two of her immediate family members benefitting from treatments and therapy at Ketamine Health Centers.
