Francisco Cruz, MD, Psychiatrist
Francisco Cruz is double board certified in general psychiatry and addiction medicine. He has been practicing psychiatry for 13 years and has extensive experience treating various mental disorders including chronic treatment resistant depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, fibromyalgia, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Dr. Cruz strives to provide excellent client centered care and use new treatment modalities to address mental health issues and improve patient’s quality of life.
Dr. Cruz is an expert in psychopharmacology and is also psychoanalytically oriented due to his training at The Menninger Clinic. He believes in a holistic approach to mental illness by incorporating bio-psycho-social-spiritual elements to help patients achieve emotional stability and true inner peace.

Rosemary Daly is an interventional spine/pain medical physician and is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. She completed her Anesthesiology residency at the Montifiore Medical Center in New York City, having received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Westbury, New York. Dr. Daly employs a comprehensive approach to pain management with the goal of reducing chronic and debilitating pain over the long-term.

Siri is an advocate for patient care where her degree has lead her to pursue patient and office coordinating. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development from the Florida State University. Siri has personal knowledge with alternative and functional medicine, both from in the home and her work history.
